Making your own salad dressing is the way to go. Store bought dressings are often loaded with oil, sugar and salt. This creamy cashew dressing is an excellent source of healthy fats and it’s made with only 6 ingredients.

Creamy Cashew Dressing

- 2 cloves of garlic
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/4 olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup raw cashew butter
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add to salads, pasta salads, sandwiches and wraps. Enjoy!
Notes
This dressing can be stored in the fridge for a week. I recommend using a glass jar for optimal freshness.
