Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen blueberries
  • 3 cups frozen raspberries
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Crumble Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 chopped pecans
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 light brown sugar or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Combine the filling ingredients in a spacious glass baking dish and mix thoroughly.
  • Combine the oats, almond flour, pecans, cinnamon, light brown sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  • Heat the coconut oil in the microwave for 25 seconds until it melts, then drizzle it over the oat mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Spoon the crumble over the berries, spreading evenly.
  • Bake the berry crumble at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before serving.
