Berry Blast Smoothie

The allure of a sweet, refreshing berry blast smoothie appeals to anyone looking for a delicious and healthy pick-me-up.



Makes 2 smoothies.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 6 ice cubes

  • 3 frozen Bananas

  • 1 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1/2 cup vegan yogurt

  • 4 tbsp strawberry chia seed jam


Instructions:

  1. Begin by placing 1-2 tablespoons of chia seed jam at the bottom of a glass.

  2. Then, with the back of a spoon, spread some yogurt along the interior walls of the glass.

  3. Combine the almond milk, ice cubes, frozen bananas, frozen raspberries, and vegan yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Pour the smoothie into the glass and enjoy!


Note:

  • You can substitute raspberries with any berries you prefer.
