Hummus is not just a dip; it's a phenomenon that has captured the hearts and taste buds of food lovers around the world. This recipe combines the sweet, smoky notes of roasted red peppers with the rich, tangy flavor of sun-dried tomatoes, creating a deliciously creamy dip that’s perfect for every occasion.

Ingredients:
2 roasted red peppers OR 2 bell peppers and 1 tbsp oil
6 sun dried tomatoes, packed in oil
1 1/2 tbsp tahini
3 cloves garlic
1 3/4 cups chickpeas
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
Instructions:
To roast your own bell peppers, begin by preheating the oven to 350°F and lightly coating the peppers with oil. Arrange them in a glass baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes, or until they become blistered.
Once the peppers have finished cooking, allow them to cool, then remove the skin and seeds.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
