This creamy Cilantro Lime Sauce is simple and refreshing and will easily become your new favorite sauce for the summer. It’s versatile and easy to make with just 3 ingredients.

Creamy Cilantro Lime Sauce

- 1 1/4 cup plain thick vegan yogurt.
- 1 1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves only
- Juice from one lime
Instructions
- Clean the cilantro and remove the leaves from the stems. Chop the leaves and throw away the stems.
- Add the yogurt, cilantro and lime juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Notes
The mixture will seem quite watery at first but after it sits in the fridge for about an hour, it will thicken up.
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
