Maple Dijon Dressing

If you’re looking for a salad dressing that’s simple, versatile, and bursting with flavor, this Maple Dijon dressing deserves a permanent spot in your fridge. It’s the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory — and it comes together in just minutes with pantry staples.

Whether you’re drizzling it over a crisp fall salad, using it as a marinade for roasted vegetables, or spooning it onto a grain bowl, this dressing adds depth and brightness to almost anything.

Tips for the Best Flavor

  • Use real maple syrup for the best depth of sweetness.
  • Choose a good-quality Dijon mustard — it makes a big difference in flavour.
  • Let it rest for 10–15 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to meld.
  • Want it creamier? Add a spoonful of Greek Yogurt.
