Preheat the oven to 350°F.
With a sharp knife, gently pierce the sweet potato in several places about 5-7 times before putting it in the oven.
Open the can of lentils, then drain and rinse them. Spread the lentils on a clean kitchen towel and gently pat them dry.
Place the lentils on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Toss the lentils in the olive oil. Then, add the seasoning and mix thoroughly.
Bake the lentils for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
To cook the broccoli, just place it in a frying pan over medium heat, cover it, and allow it to cook for 10 minutes.
To serve, slice the sweet potato in half and arrange it on a plate with half of the broccoli and half of the lentils, then drizzle the green goddess sauce over the top.
