Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (185°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Add all the black bean patty ingredients to a food processor and blend until a thick, smooth mixture forms.
Scoop the mixture into six equal portions, then shape each portion into a patty.
Place the patties on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray both sides with olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the patties halfway through.
Once done, remove them from the oven and assemble your burgers.
Notes
To freeze the patties, place a small piece of parchment paper in between each patties and place in a freezer friendly bag. Freeze for up to 2 months.
