Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
Cut the top off of a whole garlic bulb, drizzle it with a tablespoon of olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.
Bake the garlic until it becomes soft. You can use a fork to test its tenderness. This takes about 20 minutes.
Combine the tofu, lemon juice, olive oil, roasted garlic, cashews, and nutritional yeast in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Mix thoroughly after adding the chopped dill.
