2tspvanilla
70gramsmelted chocolateadd more if you'd like
340gramssilken tofu
Pinchof cinnamon
2tbspPB2 or 1 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
Pour 2 inches of water into a small saucepan and place it on the stovetop over medium heat.
Place the chocolate in a glass bowl that is larger than the saucepan.
Position the glass bowl over the saucepan and continuously stir the chocolate until it melts.*
Place all the ingredients, along with the melted chocolate, into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to allow the mousse to set.
Notes
*Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate in the microwave, but make sure to heat it in intervals of no more than 20 seconds, stirring in between each interval.
