Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, almond flour, rolled oats and vanilla in a bowl. This will form a dough.
- Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment.
- Transfer the dough to the baking dish. Using a spatula, spread the dough out evenly and press the dough to flatten the surface.
- Evenly sprinkle the peanuts over the oats bars.
- Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil. When melting chocolate in the microwave, I recommend doing this in 15 second increments, stirring in between to make sure the chocolate doesn’t burn.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the oat bars and place this in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove from the fridge and top with flaky sea salt.
