- 1/2 block firm tofu roughly 175 – 200 grams
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of two lemons
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Begin by pressing your tofu to release as much liquid as you can.
- Next, slice the tofu into small squares or break it into small pieces.
- Add all the remaining ingredients to a medium mason jar and stir.
- Add the tofu, cover with the lid, and shake.
- Allow the tofu feta to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before serving.
