Creamy Cashew Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1/4 olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup raw cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Add to salads, pasta salads, sandwiches and wraps. Enjoy!

Notes

This dressing can be stored in the fridge for a week. I recommend using a glass jar for optimal freshness.
