Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup basil
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 tsp dried dill or fresh dill
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cashews or walnuts
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 5-7 sprigs of green onion

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust with salt.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
