Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup frozen rasberries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup water or more depending on your blender's power
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 2 scoops scoop vanilla protein

Instructions

  • Begin by pouring the milk into a high-speed blender, then add all the other ingredients.
  • Use a tamper to blend. If you encounter difficulty blending, gradually add more liquid, such as water or plant-based milk.
