zest from one lemon
juice from half a lemon

of salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Begin by placing your shishito peppers in a baking dish.
Coat the peppers with olive oil and season with salt.
Bake for 45 minutes.
While the peppers bake, combine the mayo, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
After the peppers are lightly charred, take them out of the oven and serve them with the garlic aioli.
